Home

She traveled the world only to find

Home was a concept, here in her mind

She searched and imagined and came up short

Until she  realized she could mentally sort

The goods with the goods and sads with the sads

And finally found home, she already had

The feelings in side, the memories deep down

She carried them with her…astonishing, profound

Maybe not. Such a story, old as time

But yielded here a small sublime

That no matter the distance, short or small

She could find home, in her after all
